EXCHANGE POLICY

Organizing Your Oomph would like you to be completely satisfied and happy with your online planner purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS your planner arrives damaged. Unfortunately, items can sometimes arrive damaged due to the shipping process. Organizing Your Oomph does not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged. Due to our policy, Organizing Your Oomph wants you to be sure that this planner is a perfect fit for your life and business. Before you decide to purchase, you can visit our website at www.organizingyouroomph.com for a thorough list of features, photos, and virtual flip book tour. Click on the About Us tab for information including dimensions, weight, and full views of the scheduling area. Double, triple, and quadruple check all the features before pressing purchase.


If your planner has arrived damaged, Organizing Your Oomph asks that you contact us via our email address at organizingyouroomph@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Do not discard the damaged item and/or its packaging. Once Organizing Your Oomph is contacted, we will give you instructions on how to ship your damaged planner back to us. Once the damaged planner has been received back to our office, we will then send you a replacement planner at no cost and will reimburse you for the return shipping costs that you incurred when shipping the damaged planner.
We WILL NOT refund money, partial refunds, or accept returns for anyone who has purchased an Organizing Your Oomph Planner at FULL PRICE, during any promo, or sales event.
